OUR JOURNEY BEGAN IN 2018 when we met at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, where we were both pursuing our shared passion for photography and stressing over classes at the same time. Fast forward to 2019, and Luminary was born – a dream fueled by a love for the art form, stories, and the desire to capture the timeless moments in people's lives.

IN THE SUMMER OF 2021 we exchanged vows and became partners not only in life but also in our shared vision for the art of photography. Yes, it’s possible for partners to work together. On Valentine's Day 2023, our daughter, Giuliana, entered the world, adding a new layer of joy and inspiration to our lives…and plenty of moments that keep us on our toes. 

WE AREN’T JUST CAPTURING IMAGES; but we're telling your stories in an authentic way. With our background in editorial and fashion the aesthetic will be clean, but our approach is always rooted in genuine connection. We desire to make every session a fun, enjoyable, and comfortable experience.

WHY US? Beyond our technical expertise and artistic eye, it's our deep love for people that fuels our creativity. We believe every individual has a unique story to tell and we consider it an honor to be the storytellers. As a husband and wife team, we understand the significance of love, commitment, and shared dreams. We bring this understanding into our work, ensuring that your photos reflect the authenticity of your journey together. 

AS FAR AS WHO WE ARE; We are Jesus followers, we love to learn, being outside, going to art shows, attending our church in San Francisco, and checking out local food spots (mmm). Krysta is the DIYer, planner, and compassionate Mama. Anthony is the creative, big kid, looking for something to eat and share conversation; it’s a good balance.
